1. General Terms

2.2 Account Verification

You may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before you can withdraw funds. Acceptable documents include national ID cards, passports, utility bills, and bank statements issued within the last three months.

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

2.3 Account Security

Deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or accounts not matching your registered name will be rejected and refunded minus processing fees.

3.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreasing limits takes effect immediately. We encourage all players to set limits appropriate to their financial situation.

4. Withdrawals

hi772 processes withdrawal requests efficiently, with most withdrawals completed within 1-4 hours for verified accounts. 4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

hi772 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or outstanding bonus wagering requirements. If a bonus was applied to your account, you must meet the stated wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Deposited funds not subject to a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.

4.3 Fees

hi772 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Bank transfers may incur fees charged by the receiving institution. hi772 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on hi772 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. General betting rules applicable to all markets are outlined below.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by hi772's cash-out feature.
• hi772 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in the odds was made, regardless of whether the error was obvious or subtle.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on our platform.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳50. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at time of bet placement.
• Bet limits exist to ensure fair play and are applied per account, per event, and per market as appropriate.

5.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are governed by specific cricket betting rules. A match must progress to a minimum number of overs as specified per market for bets to stand. Rain-affected matches are settled on reduced-over results where applicable. 5.3 Live Betting

Live betting allows you to place wagers during an event. hi772 may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a suspension or after an event outcome is determined are void. It is your responsibility to ensure you are betting on the correct event and outcome.

5.4 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Exploiting pricing errors or system vulnerabilities
• Match fixing, insider betting, or collusion

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

8.1 hi772's Right to Terminate

hi772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to accounts involved in fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account creation, money laundering, or underage gambling. In cases of proven fraudulent activity, hi772 may withhold all funds in the account pending investigation.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes arising from your use of hi772 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. hi772's decisions on all matters relating to betting settlements, account management, and bonus awards are final and binding.
